Bought this as my very first gag, as I wasn’t massively keen on ball gags and spent a while looking around before I decided on this one – and I wasn’t disappointed.On arrival and out of packaging, the dildo was somehow a bit bigger than I expected but that wasn’t a negative by any means; the studded leather front is very sturdy and if anything could do with being smaller because it does tend to take up a lot of room around the face.The dildo was not as hard as I thought it would be which was great, it has a soft but firm inside so it doesn’t feel too rigid in the mouth. I find that one way up the tip tends to rest on the back of your throat almost and can cause gagging if you’re not careful (or experienced) but the other way up there’s no issue.

I first thought this was a dud due to my experiencing a gag reflex when using it. My first dildo gag and I LOVE IT! Having all my holes filled is just the best feeling. The strap is a bit stretchy which makes it easy to tighten as well.
Only 2 small complaints: the rivets are nickel (but I just glued some leather scraps on the inside with PVC adhesive so it’s an easy fix, and the outside still looks good) and as others have noted the dildo has a bitter taste that fades but doesn’t completely disappear over time. I’m a complete gag newbie, but I couldn’t help myself getting this gag. The panel front is more appealing that a traditional ball gag, and the mini dildo is just so *hot*.
A little daunting at first, and slightly filling to a mouth unused to gags, months later its so comfortable to wear, especially now that the panel has moulded to the shape of my face. I was worried about aching after extended use, but haven’t had an issue yet, even as someone with a history of TMJ. Just a little bit of a dry mouth afterwards because of the amount of drool, but there’s plenty of space for me to swallow around the dildo.
Its the perfect gag if you are so inclined, even for first time gag users, and it really gets me in the right headspace, so much that I almost forget I’m wearing it until I take it off. The size of the gag is awesome, just enough to fill my mouth without issue, and the penis shape and bobbles are great on my tongue and teeth, even as a raging lesbian. The holes are plentiful so lots of options for head size and tightness.
Straight out of the bag it had a very distinct smell and taste, not too pleasant, so I would definitely recommend washing it a few times before use, but after several months, either the after taste is completely gone, I’m used to it or I’ve trained myself not to notice it.
Cleaning it after is fine, but the seal between the dildo and the panel needs a little bit of special attention as drool can usually get stuck there due to how it’s pieced together. I’m also very conscious about taking the effort to make sure that it’s completely dry in between that area.
I’d definitely check it out and give it a little bit of time to get use to it.
