I am very pleased with the quality of this gag. I have never owned one before but I have to say I picked a great one. The texture is very pleasant to the touch. The ball definitely fills up your mouth but is in no way uncomfortable. The air holes are not as anticipated, but that’s in a good way. I thought it would be a hollow ball with holes. Thankfully, that is not the case, they’re bored straight through. That gives me some peace of mind when cleaning it. Now on to function: I was screaming my head off at some points but it was effectively muffled by the gag. I unfortunately don’t have a regular gag to compare against for the former statement so I can’t say if it’s less effective than a non-bored ball. Luckily I read a review before buying that mentioned that after time, you start to drool a bit. It is very true.

We have been searching for a new ball gag for quite some time and this one appeared to tick all of the right boxes when we saw it online. Once it arrived we were happy to find that it was exactly what we were looking for. The ball is a firm silicone which is so much better than the plastic ball gag we previously used and it is the perfect size to fit in the mouth. The breathing holes are an absolute must for anyone wanting to get into using a ball gag a bit more and there definitley wasn’t any panic about not being able to breathe well. I bought this gag a few years ago when my wife and I were just getting into bondage. This was the perfect beginner gag, and has become the perfect experienced gag! Quality: The materials used in this gag are perfect. The strap worked well for both of us, and didn’t get caught on her hair. The buckle was secure and had no issues staying locked in. I am a huge fan of the ball itself. The silicone is soft and bitable, yet firm enough to keep good rigidity. If you are really biting down on this thing, your teeth will be safe! This gag is definitely a higher quality than others on the market. Breathability: My wife loves this plug because of the breathability. The three holes allow plenty of air, without feeling like a wide open gag. Size: This is the perfect size for me, but a bit big for the wife. She does like it for when she is feeling very aroused and wants a more “full” feeling. The ball doesn’t protrude too far into the mouth, so you certainly won’t be choking on it. Taste: The gag has no taste or smell, which we both find pleasant. Some cheaper gags taste like gross plastic! Note about salivation: Understand that in general, a gag will tend to make you salivate more. This gag is no exception. The unsexy part of this is that you will have to suck from time to time to keep yourself from drooling out of the holes or around the gag…perfect if you are into that “messy” style of play, however! Cleanup: I prefer to clean this after each use with water, followed by a sex toy cleaner. I have also “dip” boiled the ball and had good success as well. Air dry and store, and you are good to go! Overall: One of our favorite gags! I am so glad I bought this as our first gag as it is forgiving, yet restrictive.

I have searched for a long time to find a ball gag that not only allows you to breathe but is also very comfortable for your lips. I find a lot of ball gags pinch or scratch at the sides of your mouth but this one was perfect. It not only made you drool a ton, and great for power plays, but you were very comfortable while you were doing it. I love it and use it often!

Lovehoney kindly added this to my most recent order for free, I have never thought about getting a ball gag before but after seeing my OH wearing it last night I will definitely be upgrading in the future. The ball is made from a great quality silicone, extremely soft and easily cleanable. The straps are made from a leather material with a belt like fastening.
3 holes in the gag make it extremely easy to breathe but still limits the amount of noise the wearer can make. The holes do not dry your mouth out so expect a lot of drool. I have never thought of buying a ball gag for myself or my OH but now Lovehoney kindly sent one for free I will definitely be experimenting with different shape and size gags in the future.

I have tried multiple gags in the past, I specifically enjoyed a soft fabric biteable gag. BUT they aren’t always practical, and so a breathable hard plastic gag with hard fabric has been my fallback for years. But I hate it, it always pinches at the skin either side of my mouth, and so, I went on a search to find something that would be breathable (or droolable) yet comfortable;
when I stumbled upon this.
The softer touch, breathable, hypoallergenic, tasteless silicone ball, is truly a must have. It is only 5.5 inches, so makes for comfortable use when its in your mouth and just about fills my mouth to perfection, although i may have to purchase, the slighter bigger ball for a full mouth. It has 3 holes built into the silicon ball, perfect for easy breathing and drooling, and is still able to limit the amount of noise the wearer makes, although there is definitely audible whimpers still.
The leather strap is great too, it fits nicely, doesn’t get too caught up in wild hair, it is easily buckled and unbuckled, as well as staying buckled for the duration of play. The strap also seems to be quite strong.
Another huge win for this gag is that it doesn’t look cheap in any way, it doesn’t look as though it could be broken, and so far, so good. No wear and tear. No indented teeth marks.
Cleaning is easy, you can run water through the holes and use toy cleaners on it, just leave it to air dry naturally and then its ready for your next use!
Overall, this gag is a must have for beginners and more experienced players alike. I think everyone into kink or even just some light submission should own it.

My wife and I are into bondage, so I got this for her on a whim as she may like it. She likes a lot of the bondage/kink stuff like wearing hoods, collars, cuffs and restraints etc so I thought this may go well with that look and add some more fun.
It came in a super basic packaging, but who cares – so long as the product itself is good. Upon inspection it looked fine, adjustable strap to ensure it fits, and looked comfortable, has some holes so she can breathe with it, and looks about the right size that it fills her mouth but should be comfortable.
On to using it… it was exactly as I thought it would be above. It looks sexier when it’s in than I thought it would have been. Easy to put in and does stay in place really well. She said it was comfortable and she enjoys wearing it as much as I enjoy watching her use it.
It looks phenomenal with a hood and collar in particular.
It’s very reasonably priced and so I think this is an absolute steal. Would recommend for sure!

This was my first time trying a ball gag and I loved it!
It is great quality and comfortable to use. The strap is easy to adjust and the breathing holes make it easy to last for a long session.
I’d recommend to anyone who is keen to try ball gags but is nervous about not being able to breathe properly or about it getting uncomfortable over time.

This ball gag is/was a great introduction into some BDSM, allowing the wearer to feel more comfortable with the holes, but still creating an environment that is submissive and really doesn’t allow talk. However, we discovered after several uses that the metal ring holding the ball to the straps will rust. After several cleanings with soap and water and airdrying, we noticed that rust had formed on the rings hidden behind the silicon ball extensions.

Silicone is a great material for this ball gag. It’s comfortable in the mouth, with no fear of damaging your teeth. The slight “give” in the nature of the silicone means it can be bitten with no problem. The size of the ball fills the mouth but is not overwhelming which we were after. The silicone bars at the edge of the ball gives a bit of stretch which means the gag can be pulled out and put back in without having to adjust the strap which adds to a lovely dynamic for sub/dom play.
The ball being on the silicone bars means the ball can be easily twisted and the air holes placed facing up if you want to experiment with playing with a solid ball. Having the ability to play with or without the air holes was an added bonus for us. With either the air hole facing out of the mouth or towards the palette the gag creates a lot of drool even after a few minutes of wearing. This really lets the wearer play with the idea of letting loose of inhibitions and being under control.
The strap feels strong and smooth, with connections to buckle and the ball gag feeling robust when tugged. As the gag sits behind the teeth we found we didn’t need to fasten the strap too tight to keep the gag from falling out. This meant the buckle was easy to fasten with plenty of eyelets at regular spacing.
The silicone was easy to clean and the holes rinsed through and air dried on the window sill in 30mins.
This is a well made and designed bit of kit, allowing us to act out kinky and sexy scenarios and fantasies.

We finally found the mouth restraint that does it all while keeping it comfortable. My spouse would struggle with keeping a gag restraint in for extended periods because of the discomfort levels. Not any longer! This is comfortable, provides channels for breathing, and is super easy to take on/off (not too mention, easy to clean). When I pull this out, my spouse knows it’s time for her to let go of control (which excites her big time). This is the best gag restraint for beginners or pros.
