This chain lead is built to a high standard with a high quality piece of leather with a D ring at one end. the chain is very strong so as long as you attach it to a collar that is strong enough, you will have no problem taking your sub where you want them to go.

This is a perfect lead if you’re looking for something extra to keep your playmate in line. The chain, at 39 inches, is long enough to be held at a comfortable distance without giving too much freedom to the submissive, and the metal links are strong enough that they will be impossible to break under the force of most people. The lobster clasp allows the lead to be attach to all manner of things, from a collar to handcuffs to any other kind of rope or restraints. I found the swivel clasp slightly stiff, but it holds very in place very well. One of the best things about this lead is its sleek, sexy look. The black leather contrasts with the silver chain to give an overall erotic aesthetic. The leather handle is rather large, which gives it the option of either being worn around the wrist or held comfortably in the hand. The leather is wonderfully smooth and the overall design is well crafted. The handle could also be attached to a bedpost or something similar if you would so desire. This lead also has the bonus of being able to be attached to itself to be turned into a collar and lead combination. Overall this makes a great addition to any toy box and I would thoroughly recommend it.

It’s best used with other things in my opinion (unless you like being on a lead) but with those it worked great, it’s made of really good quality metal and leather. Got this in a deal so even better price but yeah if this is what your looking for look no further this does the job perfectly:) It’s so strong I wouldn’t be sprized if you could actually use it as a lead not that that’s a bad thing haha:)

I was chosen to test the Bondage Boutique Advanced Chain Lead with Leather Handle and like all other Bondage Boutique products I own I was left feeling very pleased after trying it out! It comes in the usually BB packaging – a clear plastic bag with a logo on the outside of the bag and a tag with the logo on attached to the lead. Once opened I was surprised by just how long the metal chain section of the lead is! It definitely has a good range to it once attached to a collar, much longer than any others I own, which is great! The lobster clasp makes it extremely easy to attach to practically any other collar and keeps it secure and in place rather well! I attached the lead to another Bondage Boutique collar that I already own and its definitely made an improvement to how much force and strength can be applied to the lead. Its a lot more sturdy! The metal chain looks and feels very well made and is oh so strong, I think its fair to say this lead will stand the test of time due to the build quality. I also liked how the metal chain shines when it moves, it makes it stand out when attached to my black collar and also with the black leather strap at the end of the lead. It gives it a great, naughty look to it!

I like to use this chain when she’s in the mood to misbehave. It has less give then the leash the collar came with. The sound alone adds another dimension, and the cold of the metal can drive her wild. NB: It will make marks in wooden bed posts if you use it to restrain lol.

Strong lead with a lovely soft leather handle. Feels expensive with a nice weight to the links themselves. No rough edges on the handle. Although it is slightly too soft to use to spank with. The metal used for the chain has a good amount of weight to it. It’s very thermally conductive which means just touching the chain to bare skin can be a fun temperature sensation. The chain links make a pleasant metallic sound as you move them around.
I’ve had one of these for ~3-4 years and I’ve used this lead as a restraint many times and seen no signs of it breaking. I haven’t done a measured stress test, but you can yank it pretty hard without it snapping. If it’s going on a collar, it can withstand any force you would reasonably be applying to it.
Current price of $16.99 USD is excellent value. I’ve seen much worse for much higher prices elsewhere.
