    We bought these for a bit of a laugh, my wife, especially, thought they were a joke.
    However, her raised eyebrows after application, and insistence that they remain attached during sex suggests that she changed her mind.
    The rubbery coating helped with grip, although at lighter pressures the clamps slipped off easily. Twisting the knob allowed a steady increase in pinch, even while attached, to achieve the desired pressure and sensation.
    Once clamped in place the chain allowed both nipples to be stimulated with one hand pulling on it, freeing up a hand for other purposes. The sensitivity when removed was also noticed.
