Great edition to the collect with multiple uses. The cuffs clip on which is nice so you can change them out to make it even more versatile. We have used it at the ankles, behind the back, and even at the thighs by attaching different cuffs. With the cuffs attached there is some movement still available. Great for beginners!

We really enjoyed this, other than the bar being a little short it is great. You can hold the legs in place with one hand so you can do other stuff with your other hand or use ropes to hold the legs up in the air, quite versatile when combined with other items and if you use your imagination. Wife says it’s comfortable around the ankles and loves the dominance that it gives me

I have found that the Boutique Black Rose 20 inch Spreader Bar brings about bigger better organisms when attached to ankles as it lives up to its name being a spreader bar!
The cuffs are soft and comfortable around my ankles/ wrist and is easy to put on/ take off (more so for ankle use).
